I had the chance to sit down with the awesome people at Threadless in December in a very snowy Chicago. They are so brilliant. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I heart Zappos.com muchly and Rachael and Tony made me heart it even more. I really enjoyed talking with them about the core values that makes Zappos rock so much.

Oh…and btw…I finished my book. Yay me!

I sat down with Patti and Perry of Timbuk2 to ask them about their views on customer service, quality and community. Their answers are pretty cool.

This is pretty exciting! Not only did I have Zane Vredenburg’s ENTIRE CLASS of art students take on the original version (these are pretty cool!) after I tweeted that I wasn’t totally happy with it, but I also lamented to Cindy Li, one of my favorite graphic designers around, that I wasn’t happy and she agreed to work out this gorgeous cover!

I don’t know. This seems like a story about the story…I have an awesome community of people around me, willing to contribute to my success. That’s a really big deal. Thanks to everyone! Cross your fingers that my publisher will go for it.
