I think you'll find the bigco environment quite interesting. Frustrating at times, for sure, but worth experiencing, if only to better relate to how many people still do their work. I know going back and forth between "rogue"-ish freelancing and having-a-job-with-benefits has been the primary cycle in my adult life, which has been nice every time one of those extremes or the other has begun to feel constraining or played out.
