Question:
How do you guys get any work done with all of the things you are involved in?
Answer:
I wasn’t aware there was a difference between the two…I realized long ago that cutting back on the latter, rendered the former banal. The mojo comes from the being part of the community one serves. If a company prefers an agency that brainstorms in boardrooms to come up with ideas, they should hire them.

Sometimes you´d hear comments like: “we´ll not going to open new branches; we are focusing in this (bla, bla) narrow area”. Or, with a sharp look of self confidence “it is not my business”.
In post bubble years narrowing your activities (i.e. the focus mantra) seemed to be pretty close to right work behaviour -if exists such a behaviour. In my opinion, the real thing is that going out of your focus is more interesting and produce more “out of the box” ideas.
I should add that dispersion is the name of my game, and that I get my ideas before running or while taking a shower. OK, I must admit it then, sports is my focus.
