We are in NYC

December 21, 2006 – 10:38 am

[Lookin' from Brooklyn by *YourGuide on Flickr]

So, Chris and I are in New York, visiting some people, doing some work and attempting to get some city time in (i.e. brilliant food and sights). We thought we would try and organize a mini get-together on Friday night (yikes, that’s tomorrow) - somewhere that we can eat, drink and share stories. I know there are oodles of geeks in this city. ;)

If you are interested, just drop me a line with some suggestions. You can either use my contact form or email me at horsepigcow at gmail. I know, like, 3 places to go and I’d love to explore outside of that a little.

When we figure it out, I’ll post the details here. I fully expect Charlie, Noel and Eric to be there. ;)

Email me when you figure out what the plan is. ken (at) liquidorb dot net

Depending on where you are in brooklyn, there is an awesome semi-classy chinese rest. called China New Star on Flatbush and Ave R.

In Manhattan - there is goodburger - casual place on 43rd and 2nd - $6 bux for one of the best burgers in nyc.
