Today, Chris and I are leading a discussion at Gnomedex that we are calling "think small".

Basically, we are advocating that everyone thinks non-zero-sum (a great book as well), builds important stuff and does what they are passionate about. Eff the blockbuster. We can all win win win through collaboration. :)
