Mesh Conference Update: 15 minutes of fame
Mesh Conference has added a cool twist to the conference: 15 minutes of fame. From the website:
mesh is offering three 5-minute slots a day (hence, the Andy Warhol-like 15 Minutes of Fame) for participants who want to come on stage to tell their stories - whether it's a cool idea, a must-have Web 2.0 service, a pitch for venture capital, or you just want to show everyone how smart you are. In 250 words, tell us why you should get five minutes on stage. Who knows, you could even become famous...at least for five minutes! (This is open to anyone, even people who weren't planning on coming to mesh -- and if you're selected for the 15 Minutes of Fame, we will give you a complimentary one-day free pass to mesh with all the great minds at the conference.)How very Barcamp of them!

Tara, the things people have been sending in are just amazing. We are going through them now, and will hopefully post some winners early next week.
