Linux? Is there really that large of a base of linux users that store photos on linux machines? I wouldn't think that many cameras would support linux machines for transferrring photos so people wouldn't have that many photos on linux machines. I know people that do a lot of tech stuff and some use linux but they all have Windows machines at home for multimedia and gaming which is where they keep their photos. I'm assuming no one besides you Tara will read this comment so it's probably flame safe but I'd just be curious if you had numbers on your linux users and if they have the same number of photos on average as Windows or Mac users.
I totally don't want you flamed, Paul, but we have had quite a few requests from Linux users. It just happens that the solution we are working on is cross platform and that is always the best solution, no matter if there is 1 or 1 million requests. ;)
I'm just so happy that there's a Mac uploader. I, too, want to bore people about how wonderful my partner is. Ooh, and how searchable she is, too ;-)
