Need a roommate

Yep.

February 1st. Probably stupid to post it on my blog, but I figure those of you who read me may have a lead or two. Craigslist will just bring me a load of flakes and I have run out of time for that.

I live in the Haight. Great place. Loft space. Awesome location. Big room. Rough, but could be something really cool. $900/month + 1/3 utils. If you can't stand the loft for whatever reason, I'll move up there, but then the rent will be $1000/month + 1/3 utils. for a smaller room on the main floor.

The catch: I have a 12 year old son (nearly 13). He's easy going. I'm home late. He's self-sufficient.

I'm super easy to live with. I have no real hangups. I believe in a live and let live policy.
