Is Technorati choking?
Although I've had several new links in, and my vanity search shows these (and says it's been regularly updating), my links in # remains the same. It's been like this since last Wednesday.
Is everyone else having this issue, too?

It comes … and it goes. Right now, the Technorati tags for my most recent posts (going back 2 to 3 days) aren't showing up. Feels like a period of choking, certainly, but I hear from Kevin at Technorati that the spiders have read the tags. They're just not showing up yet in the database.

I posted a query in this same regard on Guy's post asking about Technorati in which Niall gave a response of what is happening with Technorati at the moment.
The ranking must update seperately from the inbound links... I frequently accumulate a few new links without the ranking changing, & then it updates. I think the ranking calculation is run less often than the new link search? (Makes sense, I guess, because otherwise every new link between any two blogs would mean a ranking rebuild?) At least they're picking up most links now....
