Bala gives us tough love

..and that is exactly what we want. If he didn't, he wouldn't take the time to test thoroughly and give us his incredible feedback.

Kathy Sierra taught me that strong reaction (love and hate) is what you want to achieve as a company. Anything in between (luke warm) is death...what Kathy calls, "The Zone of Mediocrity" (love it).

It is feedback like Bala's that helps us improve. Egad, we know we have a long way to go to get to our final goal...and we know it may take some time to get there. Thanks Bala and thanks to everyone else who have been riding our RSSes to get this next version out, which will need even more work to get to the next step, which will need more work, and the next version, and so on...;)

...but the point is that we have a vision. There may be a long way to go, but, hell, vision is good. And I truly believe that without a vision, companies are dead, too.
