Adam and gang at wikispaces have been totally awesome and helped us out a great deal over the past few months and it's taken me waaaaaay too long to acknowledge this.

I had this crazy idea that our customer support should take the form of a wiki, and so I researched a few free wiki sources to use. I ended up choosing wikispaces because of it's ease of use and general feature list. Adam stepped in about a month later (liking the idea of a customer support wiki...and since then there have been others following) and helped us implement a template into the design as well as a redirect of the url.

Wikispaces totally rocks and their customer service is crazy amazing.
