Schipol has everything but Wifi
This is my second post from my Treo...the first was from that elevator scene.
Have you ever seen this airport? It's pretty amazing. It's built like a high end shopping mall, filled with shops and cafes and all sorts of comforts. It also has a nice feature with the security...you actually go through security at your assigned gate. Nice. They are so conscious of customer service, they sent a couple of people around to do one of those "how can we improve" type surveys.
But no Wifi? C'mon! All of this without connectivity for their business travelers makes no sense to me.

I love Schipol airport too! A colleague who has children told me they have an area where you can take your children to play and run around between long haul connecting flights. I think that is excellent service!
I have heard people downplay the importance of Wifi by pointing out that the Wifi spots at Schipol are barely used. Now it makes me think they are just hard to find, if you couldn't find them. It is odd considering its one of the major world flying hubs.
