Canicrash.org ... for the vagabond blogger
The fabulous Henriette has launched the beta version of canicrash.org. I met Henriette, first at Les Blogs, then again at the London Geek Dinner, where I watched this fantastic idea hatch.
What is it? Well, if you are a blogger and you like to travel, but you don't have a big budget, you can check out Can I Crash and see if there are other bloggers living in your desired destination who are willing to 'put you up' for a spell. How cool is that?
I'm thinking that there will be much more travel in my future!
Check it out...volunteer your dwelling...plan a trip! I can pretty much ensure that Wifi comes with the deal. ;)

Reminds me of Couchsurfing.com. Same idea, except its not limited to bloggers. Its got a rating system so you wont get stuck with crazy rapists. And they already have something like 45 thousand members, worldwide.
And if you want to blog, theres always public libraries, right?
