BratPack 2.0 meets Squidoo

I have to say....Squidoo rocks. I hadn't had a chance to play with it until this past weekend, nor did I really know what kind of lens I wanted to create that wasn't already there...but it suddenly dawned on me that Squidoo would be the absolutely perfect 'meeting place' for all things BratPack2.0 when I started poking around.

Talk about simple and thorough! I can add links, photostreams, RSS feeds, stories, tags, other resources...it works as a true culmination of all of the resources we are putting together...okay...it still needs 'events' (ahem...upcoming!) and del.icio.us feeds and 'friends of' and comments and, eventually, they will have to add Riya. ;)

...however, I think they are working toward adding all sorts of great modules (and may be in the process already...I haven't been 'listening' to the Squidblog as closely as I should). But for now, it's awesome...so fellow bratpackers, if you want your blog/site/etc. added, just ping me and I'd be happy to add you!

I have a few lenses that I've been working on, but everytime I feel like working on them, del.icio.us decides to stop working.

By the way, I like the lens.

You can pretty much do all of that in a tribe profile, for example: http://people.tribe.net/tribe/servlet/microformats
I think they also have plans to give individual tribes a similar treatment so you'll get all that and a discussion group with listing, events and RSS syndication of all the content.

All that of course, if tribe doesn't get obliterated by all the recent noise :)

Thanks for the kind words -- and the gentle elbow. ^_^ We're continuing to improve Squidoo and I can't wait to see what you do with your lenses!
