We had an impromptu geek dinner post Net Tuesday: Remixing the Web for Social Change (report to come), which was attended by:

• the ever-so-wise-Identity-Woman, herself, Kaliya
• Laughing Squid's super smart man-behind-the-camera, Scott
• the 'don't mistake him for innocent' and always charismatic, Chris
  
• the lovely, super talented and funny, Amber [website?]
  
• the enigmatic and always entertaining, Tantek
• our very own Ms. Webzine and brilliant trouble maker, Dani

When you get a group like this together, you know there are going to be some gems. Like:

• "Long tail?" "I'd like to see a Long Tails from the Crypt...really scary stories that happen to one person that they only tell themselves."
• "If comment spam appears on a spam blog, what do you call it? Is it still spam?"
• "Hugh Macleod? He's the original snarky marketer...he's the SNARKETER!"

There were many other gems, but I was laughing too hard to get them down.
