I received my 'ticket' to MindCamp earlier this week. I arrive in Seattle really really late Friday night, and thanks to Andru and his lovely partner, I have a place to crash.

I'm looking forward to meeting a fresh group of geeks in Seattle...not that I could ever grow tired of the fabulous geeks here...but it is nice to add to my ever-growing list of names to drop! ;)

A couple of things I want to talk about while I'm there is: metadata, identity and, of course, Riya.

Speaking of Riya, we have a queue of alpha requests that has exceded my 3 month goal of registrants, have various publications knocking down our doors (we've already given a couple of interviews) and many more lined up for the near future. We don't want to get too excited, though, because we have quite a few adjustments to make over the next couple of days before we can roll out the next batch of alpha invites.

And someone the other day emailed me to say they like my blog, but they can't figure out what 'job' I have...hmmmm...neither can I these days. ;) Let's just say that I'm marketing plus plus plus...
