Chris says US Airways sucks at customer service
I've had more than my fair share of horror stories when it comes to airlines, too, but I really feel for Chris and Kristie. With the amount of competition in the airways, you'd think that they would remove some of those barriers to providing good customer service.
Why is it that these big, old companies are so dedicated to making enemies of their customers?

Way to go...their web site isn't friendly either!!
I have travelled around the world and flown a host of airlines...some good some bad. My recent experience with USAirways on a trip to Bermuda was beyond belief. If a company's sole reason to exist is to transport people and freight from point A to point B and they aren't capable of doing it, why do they exist? The only thing worse than incompetence is uncaring incompetence.
Well, ever hear a passenger say " I will never fly such and such airline again!" because they had a bad experience? Well if you fly alot you are bound to have a bad experience at least once in your life! Nobodys perfect even the ones complaining about the airlines. So my advice is, next time try Greyhound, see if thats a good experience and see if they get you to Bermuda! Quit cryin
