Michael threw another amazing BBQ in Atherton last night. It was a marathon of demos, networking and pearls of wisdom, including a very passionate speech by Dave Winer.

Other hightlights for me included hearing the champagne Riya donated to the evening being popped; meeting Tom Conrad, the other half of Pandora; having Geoffrey from Flock teach me how to add my own photos into the toolbar; meeting Robert Scoble and his son; and having a great chat with the SimplyHired guys on their various campaigns.

At the peak of the night, there were probably 150 people crowded on Mike's lawn and through his home and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Thank god Dave said we're not in a bubble! I don't want this to go away.

::btw...both Robert and Dave thought my gapingvoid blog cards were great and they were an overall hit! So much for being 'so 2000'. :p
