I should add to my previous entry that I totally disagree with educating traditional advertising and marketing to 'get with it' and join the conversation.
As per my good friend, Dave, PEOPLE have conversations. Having a big advertiser enter the conversation would make as much sense as having my hairdryer join the conversation.
Don't muck it up. Stick with what you know. Please. You are all spammers.
