I've Arrived....

Flickr Photo

I'm very excited to announce that the Web 2.0 Workgroup has invited me to be part of their amazing "network of premium weblogs that write
content exclusively about the new generation of the Web. Combined,
these sites reach a large readership of influential technology and
media professionals."

I'm absolutely tickled! It all started out with me dropping some not-so-subtle hints that I would love to be part of this group to Michael Arrington. I even went as far as to tokenize myself (i.e. you need a chick blogger, dontcha? what about a marketing angle?)...I have no shame...but after examination of my posts and a discussion with the others on the network, they decided that horsepigcow had content that met their standards and was useful to their readers.

I join the ranks of TechCrunch (Michael Arrington), WeBreakStuff (FredOliveira), Read/WriteWeb (Richard MacManus), Scripting News (Dave Winer), and many more brilliant bloggers and podcasters.

To subscribe to the OPML feed for this entire group (well worth it), use this link.

Thanks Mike gang!

(although the feed doesn't seem to be recognized in Thunderbird...which I'm ditching pronto...no OPML? Crap.)
