Bugs and Disclosure

es, Munjal is right to put the reins on everyone's enthusiasm when it comes to the 'Holy Grail' talk about Riya...yes...it's a work in progress. It has some major UI stuff that we need to deal with. It is 1/10th of the way towards being a 'Web 2.0' company (in the sense that we are collaborative, interactive, etc. etc.).
But, darn it, I'm pretty impressed and I've been playing with the site for two months now! It's come SUCH a long way (thanks to that brilliant crew I work with).
Okay, I'm also the marketing dudette, so it's part of my job to think we rock, but I wouldn't have picked up my family and comfy life in Toronto and faced the moving to another country hell if I didn't think I was going to work for a kickass company with a kickass idea. Believe me, the rent here was enought to scare me away.
We just appeared in a Tampa, Florida newspaper (I'm trying to track it down), we appeared over the weekend in the Seattle Times, we had a writer from PC Magazine in today, we've received some requests from the BBC, Wired Mag and even the blogosphere is abuzz (154 articles and climbing) ... all of this and we just launched this morning!
Okay, so maybe you'll crucify us. Maybe you expect way more than we can deliver. Maybe it just doesn't work very well on your photo set for whatever reason...
...then it will be great to have your feedback. We really, really want to improve and exceed your expectations. If we don't do it today (which is a definite possibility since we are soalphaithurts), we want to get there. We can't get there without your putting us to the test.
OK...there is my disclosure. Now, if you excuse me, I'm off to be overly enthusiastic again.
