It Doesn't Pay to be Diverse

I don't know, Seth...naming your child a 'white' rather than an ethnic name to make it easier for them to get call-backs on jobs in the future?

That argument sounds akin to saying that racism is a reality, so we may as well get used to it.

[now, if you would have used the example of naming your child 'Apple' or the like...?]

I get nervous when marketing and social issues try to cross paths. The conversation usually ends badly.
