I just got an email from my Dad. It's surreal that My parents are regularly reading my blog and commenting on what I'm saying (My Dad said I sound a little 'Seinfeld' - LOL).

As I read his note, I realized that all of my spitfire, anti-establishment, non-conforming self-righteousness comes from him. I remember him once signing off an email about him working for a government agency with, "Instead of fighting the problem, I've become part of it" (Mom, what was it again? Leave it in the comments, if you can).

My Dad and I fight constantly, but I think we love and respect one another that much more because of it.

Oh...and my neo-luddite husband, Ken, has also read an entry or two. Now he uses my own insight against me in arguments. Shit.
