We are having one helluva time finding a place in SF.

We just moved here from Toronto and are living out of our suitcases in a hotel. Tara (the wife) got a fabulous job here in the Valley and Ken (the husband) is just working on his visa now. We have a 12 year-old son, Tad, who has a beautiful, well-behaved cat, Macy.

We are responsible, have great references and have always treated our living spaces (rental or otherwise) with pride and care.

We are looking for a 3 bedroom or a 2 bedroom + den. Only hardwood, tiles, concrete or parkay - no carpets. Parking would be great. Close to a good school would be even better. We are fine with an apartment, a townhouse, a house or a condo.
