Blogging Inertia

I've been so busy with stuff other than blogging that my blogging has suffered a sort of inertia lately - the diary of me, myself and I.
This isn't such a bad thing - every blogger needs to use their space to write themselves into history (David Weinberger) and communicate a sense of their lives. Plus, I think the story is compelling right now. We have:
- Munjal talking about the trials and triumphs of being a CEO of an exciting start up;
- Shel talking about helping Munjal and lending his vast expertise to the marketing effort;
- Peter talking about his role in this project and his input in the early ideas that are coming to fruition;
- Me talking about picking up my life and moving here to be in the heart of it all and enjoying it (viva la difference!) while struggling with being an alien in this land;
- Munjal's wife, Vijay, discussing her own struggles and how involved Munjal is still in their son's life...
But in the midst of it all, my aggregator is backing up like mad and when I get to it, I can only scan and nod, then move on to other projects (like useability testing, writing for the website, etc.) and still only leave the office after 9. It doesn't sound very 'Chief Blogger' to me.
And, there are so many great things happening out there while I idle:
- Recovery 2.0 [via Jeff Jarvis]
- The launch of the not-so-hot new Apple/Motorola Rockr and iPod Nano [via Jaffe Juice]
- eBay looking to buy Skype [via Silicon Beat]
- The Microsoft defections to Google [via Business 2.0]
- Seth's Big Moo is sold out and spreading like wildfire (I get mine soon!)
- Tim and Tom at Pandora are creating a buzz (good on ya!) [via Silicon Beat and Technorati Count]
- And Bush may finally be in real trouble [via all over] over Katrina f*%kup
