I was tickled the other day when I went to get out money and the machine says to me:

"Whew! It's been one heckuva day! I'm all out of paper, is that okay?"

I instantly thought:

"Of COURSE it's okay. Sure, no problem!"

Instead of just mechanically hitting the yes button and feeling irritated.

I walked away from that machine feeling quite warm and fuzzy, even without a receipt.
